Gray scale standards are essential for establishing the photometric linearity of a reflectance spectrometer.
Avian Technologies Fluorilon™ gray scale standards allow the user to calibrate an instrument over a 2 decade range of reflectance, which is well over the typical range seen by a reflectance instrument. The materials are highly diffuse and have little angular dependence and almost no gloss; specular included and excluded geometries will show little difference in reflectance values.
Options/Specifications
*Tolerance is +/- 1% at 600 nm for 2%, 5%, and 99% standards. All others have a tolerance of +/- 2%.
